Prices for the main house.
- Breakage deposit: £500
- High season: July and August £4,500 per week
- Mid season: May, June, September £4,000 per week
- Low season: All other dates unless specified £3,400 per week
- Easter & Christmas by negotiation
An additional charge would be made for The Annexe if required.
Our suggested changeover day is Sunday with a minimum stay of one week. Week day changeovers are possible. We, will consider mid week changeovers to enable you to take advantage of the lower mid-week rates on flights, ferry crossings etc. but only if it fits in with others.
To allow for cleaning, arrival time is usually after 4.00pm, and departure 10.00am.
