Péninoy has many lovely character features: high ceilings, truly wonderful beams, some beautiful exposed stone. All windows have shutters, and the thick walls will keep you cool, while double glazing, underfloor heating and open fires will keep you warm at cooler times of the year.

The main house can sleep 10 people (+ 2 children on the landing)

◊ Bedroom 2: Double bed with en-suite bathroom, basin, bath, shower and WC. Pool view.
◊ Bedroom 3: Double bed with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Courtyard view.
◊ Bedroom 4: Twin beds with pool view.
◊ Bedroom 5: Twin/ double bed with third bed. Courtyard view.
◊ Bathroom: This adjoins bedrooms 4 & 5 with bath, shower, basin and WC.
◊ Landing: Two ‘day beds’ suitable for children. Screens available to give some privacy.
◊ Cot and high chair available.
Ground floor
◊ The large kitchen-dining room table seats 12 and opens onto the terrace via French doors. Large cooker (gas hob/electric oven), dishwasher, and full-size fridge-freezer. Self catering couldn’t be easier: with lots of cookbooks for inspiration. ◊ Drawing room with two large sofas, chairs and open fireplace.
◊ Sitting room with two large sofas, well stocked book shelves, TV and desk.
◊ Hall with stone staircase and iron bannisters leading to landing.
