Welcome to Péninoy, in Gascony
The house
Péninoy has been lovingly restored over the last few years after standing empty for twelve years. First was the installation of the 12m x 6m swimming pool then the annexe followed by the house. There are two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (bath, shower & WC), one twin bedrooms, with shower & WC and a ‘dormitory’ with six beds, also with an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there is a further shower and WC.
Standing on over five acres of land, this light and spacious house is situated almost exactly in the centre of the department of the Gers (32), approximately 100Km (60 miles) west of Toulouse.
